The Reserve

Designed while working at JCorp Design Build, The Reserve is a multi-building development comprised of 4 3-story apartment buildings and an separate amenity building. Two of the smaller buildings were wood framed over slab on grade foundation with the larger apartment buildings being wood framed over a parking garage framed with steel beam and column lines.
